I moved to a new state in January after getting my last dose of Remicade before I left.  It took me nine months to get started on Remicade, had to take Prednisone and Imuran while waiting, did't help.  Started Remicade in November and I am not due for three more weeks.  I noticed this time getting the Remicade that I am getting back pain.  Has anyone ever have back pain with it.  My Croh's has gone to my joints and now with not getting it for three more weeks my joints are killing me.  My doctor took me off Imuran and the Prednisone.  I do not know if it's just me or has anyone else have this problem.

Sometimes folks have problems going back onto Remicade. Are they pretreating you before your infusions? Maybe you need a little benedryl and/or steroids beforehand to avoid any problems??? Just a thought!

omg...i am going through the back pain right now...i have no idea what it is..but good lord it hurts..I see my gi today , aparently my blood work is funky so we'll see what she has to say. My sister ( who is no dr but has tons of medical issues) thinks it might be a kidney infection.

Am a crohns patient since 2002. For many years i was under steroid whenever i had flare ups. Every six months i had to suffer with all the symptoms like weight loss, anemia, vomit, diarrhea and initial stage severe stomach and back pain. After 3-4 years i found fistula also. Since four years am under Remicade. Flare ups had slowed down compared to my initial stage. Only fistula gets irritated every two months. since two years no flareups and am completely in normal condition with fewer symptoms.

since few days am tensed for yet I din't have my menstruation this month. i worry, is this the starting of another flare up.

I have just started enjoying my life, I don't want to be lost again. :(
