Hi!
I work in a hospital lab, so I hope I can help you out a bit
The name at the beginning of each line indicates the test, so I will use White Blood Cell Count as an example, from the March/5/12 test.
So the test is for white blood cell count, and the number directly following it (13.2) is the patient result. The numbers listed after that (4.5-13.5) are the parameters for that specific test. The parameters show the normal range from low to high, so anything from 4.5 up to 13.5 are considered normal. The "Norm" at the end of the line indicates that the test is normal.
A few of the tests do indicate "High" and "Low" results, but the Dr. will let you know if anything is dangerously high or low, aka as critical results. Some people do not fit into the exact parameters, but sometimes that can turn out to just be their normal results, just like how some people naturally run at a little higher or a little lower body temperature then what is considered normal.
Hope this helps!
