UNITI trial --- ustekinumab ---anyone?

Hey all,

so in addition to all the crazy dietary changes I'm trying to make, my doc is trying to get me enrolled in the Stellara trial. Anyone been on it? Better yet, anyone been on it and had any luck? I'm not new to biologics (done remicade, humira, tysabri and now cimzia) Tysabri worked the best for me, three years of health on that stuff.

If tysabri worked for you, have you thought about getting into a trial for vidolizumab? It's supposedly very similar to tysabri. I just dropped out of that trial, it helped my symptoms but didn't help enough to get me off of steroids after 6 months of open label. I'm entering the stellara trial in about 2 months, and my nurse said that so far they've seen positive results. Good luck!
