Remicade Dosage (Share Yours)

I am curious what dosage of Remicade has been prescribed for others, and what the reasons are for increased dosages.

I was previously on Humira for 13 monhts, and by the time we stopped it, I was taking 6 pens every 4 weeks (2 per week alternating with 1 per week) and it was not giving me the relief from symptoms that we hoped for.

I started Remicade again this spring (was previously on it for 3 total infusions in 2001) and while there was definite progress and relief in the few days after the initial infusions, we went up to 10 mg/kg at the last infusion four weeks ago. This was right around the time that I had a seton placement for my perianal Crohn's, but it did seem like the Remicade was greatly helping the recovery. Then this week I have noticed a big increase in inflammation in the area and am wondering if I need the infusions more frequently than once every eight weeks.

My current dosage: 10 mg/kg every eight weeks.
Reason: Control of perianal Crohn's

Anyone mind sharing their Remicade situation?

I'm on remicade and I take 10mg/kg every 6 weeks.  I start to flare around 4 weeks post infusion.  Doc wants to supplement the remicade with 6mp.
