I meant the pill camera endoscopy where you swallow a pill w/a small camera in it. That pill camera can view and take pictures of the entire small intestine, all 20 feet of it. Crohn's can strike further up the small intestine than the colonoscope can reach. My Crohn's was in the mid-ileum, well beyond the reach of the colonoscope.
Have you googled "green stool"?? I know I've read that green stool can indicate something (beyond what you recently ate) like gall bladder or something. I only vaguely remember.
