crohns and pregnancy

I have an abdominal fistula that drains from my belly button. It is connected to my stomach.  I am wanting to get pregnant.  I have had this fisutal since my resection in 3/11.  I have been on Remicade the whole time and it is not closing up.   My options are:  surgery with the risk of a flare afterwards, which has occurred 2 previous times, or wait to see if Remicade and Imuran close it up (but haven't so far) or just go ahead with pregnancy and hope the fistula remains the same and doesn't hurt my baby.  Any thoughts on this?  I'm 42 and my clock is REALLY ticking.  I just don't know what I'm supposed to do but I really want another baby.  My Crohn's is moderate to severe.

Kazberns right see what the ob would say. The preg would be considered high risk because of age, crohns, fistula, meds. So I would go to the ob that you would see if you were high risk. For your last preg did they consider it high risk? If so I would go back to that doctor since they are someone that knows your history already. See what that ob says and see if they would work with your gi on a plan.
