Nausea and vomiting relief...any ideas?

I had an allergic reaction to the Remicade infusion (they tested my blood and it had "more antibodies than I've ever seen"). I am still dealing with the joint pain, sore throat, headaches, rash/hives, and vomiting. I have been taking Ondansetron, and it works really well (I'm still nauseous, but not actually throwing up), but I have one left, and I probably won't hear back from either of my doctor's until at least Monday. Anyone have any ideas for getting rid of the nausea? I am really desperate! I haven't been able to go to class for two weeks now, and I am probably going to have to drop my class because of how far behind I am. Please help!!

Ginger is supposed to be a good reliever of nausea

I personally drink milk/eat yoghurt I find hot chocolate helps too
Drinking water n avoiding too much sugar.. Fresh air is a very simple relief too.. I have so many ill let you know when I remember then all

There are over the counter meds like Dramamine it other motions sickness meds that may help

honestly, zofran is the only thing that helps with my nausea. it's kind of a blessing that i found it because vomitting is always a big part of my flares. i'd get another prescription for it.

also, i take prilosec. have you tried it before? i have to take it an hour before i eat but it definitely helps lower the stomach acid.

Sorry that you are suffering. Ondanestron is Zofran, right? Is it the generic one or the brand? Zofran controls both nausea and vomiting. When I'm throwing up constantly, I have a different kind of treatment. I do have stomach problems and GERD. So, usually, my GI puts me on Nexuim iv, Zantac iv, Zofran iv and another antiemetic I think alizapride iv (I'm not sure). The duration of the treatment depends on the intensity of the attack and they can even be repeated every 12 hrs.
Are you vomiting as a reaction to Remicade, then you need Zofran.
When I was on methotrexate, I used to have nonstop vomiting and nausea so I had to take Zofran injections prior to the MTX.
You need to take Zofran (preferably injections) regularly for 2 or 3 days until things calm down.
My GI told me the first day I saw him that when I'm nauseous and vomiting, he won't ever prescribe me antivomiting oral meds. They will either be in the form of injections or suppositories.
Don't take antacids, take a ppi if you need it. Also, eat smooth food like jelly, custard, rice pudding. No solid food at the time being and eat several small meals per day.
