It freezes, it burns!

Howdy all.  I just had my beginning dose of Humira today.  I've done other biologics in the past (Remicade and a research study drug) and they were done by iv.  These shots are so much different.  I ended up doing three in my legs because the one in my abdomen hurt so much worse.  My question is what can I do about the ache in my legs?  They are just so sore.  It hurts to walk, heck it hurts to lie around.  I can deal with the tired/drowsy feeling as that is pretty much my everyday at this point lol.  Thanks in advance you guys :) 

Hello I agree with OE, Give the Humira 30 mins to get to room temp that should help. I have been using B-12 injections for a long
time it helps me.

Thanks you guys. I tried icing my legs a little yesterday and it did help. Today they are still sore, but I do understand why people say that the abdomen hurts less than the legs. Sure, it hurt less during the initial shot BUT the afterwards is just ouch! I will go ask my gastro about checking my b12 levels. Last appointment (well it was several before the last one..) when we were checking on the flare he said my levels were okay, but by now that could very well have changed (it's been a few months). I wish any one of the medical professionals would have told me ANY of this beforehand. The nurse made me do the shots directly out of the fridge, she made it seem like I could just give myself these four shots and be dandy afterwards. I don't feel so dandy! hah
