I am definitely interested in any updates and details about
anything you try that helps or the names of what you try.
Edit: I have been trying out Iodine supplementation at the moment and have been on this for a few weeks. It is difficult to say whether the improvement that Ive seen (thinning of raised papillae) is due to this or just coincidence though. However, a host of other issues have vanished, even down to warmer body temperature, no more cold feet, more energy, vanishing scars and more.

Also, it is advised to take the following vitamins / minerals along with the Iodine:
Selenium (200mcg) or Brazil Nut
· 400 mg magnesium best=glycinate (or citrate or malate) (not magnesium oxide )
· Vitamin C - 3,000 mg (I take 1000mg)
· Vitamins - 100mg B2, 500mg B3 (niacin NOT niacinamide) (I tried 50mg but don't need them it seems)
· Unrefined Celtic Sea Salt ½ tsp (NOT table salt !)
- - - If the sea salt is pure white, it is not acceptable (minerals have been stripped)
Every one is required to help detox. Especially the B2 & B3, not found in typical multi-vitamins.
This is for your information only, Iodine supplementation can cause a lot of problems mostly due to its detox and displacement of toxins and heavy metals in the body. I experienced a few detox symptoms that went away after a day or two and I am only using a weak 3% strength and was at 1 drop a day. People with current thyroid problems should be very wary as well. Some have said that Iodine solved their digestive problems as well so that could be useful since Ive always believed the tongue problem is digestion related. If anyone does try this, I advise you go very slowly and start using a 2% or 3% and 1 drop. Some people who jumped to high doses had severe detox and major bloating (toxins stored in body fat apparently).
