Hello Everyone...I Have Always Been A Fairly Thin Person...In High School, After Two Kids, Etc...I Am Now 32 years old...I had a resection, which they removed part of my rt colon, on 1/31/13...I found that I lost a few pounds...Now to some it seems not as big of a deal...But to me it is a deal, because as ive said, im about
5'6 used to be about
100lbs...Now, I Am Under that weight by like four to five pounds...Is it because I have Crohns to begin with that I am naturally thin? Is it hereditary or both? Because my mother was fairly thin, and so were my grandmothers in high school, even after having a few kids..Will I ever gain back these few pounds? Even Though I Am A Attractive Female, There Are Times, I Don't Feel That Way....Has anyone ever tried protein shakes? Do they work? And do you have any info on how to stay healthy vitamin wise, and still gain back my normal weight?
Thank You Everyone In Advance For Your Input
