could it be anything else?

i did a post a few weeks ago when my mri small bowel scan showed up a narrowing and inflammation, i already have coeliac disease(diagnosed 8 years ago) and now they suspect crohns too due to severe weight loss(current weight is 6 stone 9 pound) wind nausea and frequent bowel movements especially in the morning which range from normal to runny, and i get very bad abdominal pain on a daily basis regardless of what i eat. im always tired and get very ache painful joints and sometimes feel like my vision is impaired kind of like a dizzy fog if that makes sense? i know that the inflammation can be caused by a number of things but am i right in thinking only crohns can cause narrowing of the bowel? my colonoscopy is monday.

Thank you for your reply, My consultant has already told me its More than likely but she is doing the colonoscopy just to 100percent confirm. I'm hoping its not. I'll keep you posted :)
