Strange Symptom

I usually have diarrhea - but lately there's a cloudy film that floats on top of the water/diarrhea mixture in the toilet. Lots of gurgling, gas and my stomach is upset as well. I'm in the third day of this. What do you think this is?

When I have D it is usually full of undigested food and all sorts of things are floating around.(TMI) Unless it is a bunch of blood, I try not to worry about it.

Sounds like oil/grease/fat. Those materials all float on top of water. Think about an oil and vinegar based dressing sitting in a bottle - the oil always rises to the top.
