The recommended dosage is one capsule a day at bedtime. It should be mentioned on the bottle of your probiotics. If you're taking a probiotic yogurt, I think 8-10 ounces is recommended per day. 10 to 12 capsules a day are too many. The natural probiotic is however better than the probiotic capsules.
