severe bloating and pain,

have crohns,had resection several years ago,taking azacol daily,remicade infusions every 8weeks for the last three years.recently,about six months,started bloating,anything I ate, feels like its coming up back,pain in upper stomach,feels like a ball is moving around in my stomach,looks like six months pregnant,any advice?

Sorry you're not feeling very well. It's sounds like you may need to contact your GI. Gastroparesis, GERD, a partial obstruction, ulcers; any of several things come to mind. It would be best to see your doctor.

I agree with JaSanne, you need to see your gastroenterologist. Those were my symptoms with severe ulcers. Diagnosed with Crohns, I requested that the biopsies be cultured, and that all tests run to rule out CMV Herpes colitis. My GI was reluctant ( he thought I had to be immune compromised, which you don't). Bingo! Antiviral therapy cleared up everything. Doctors aren't looking for this, as they should be!! If you had HHV5 (as most have), then it can be reactivated, severely effecting your bowels and doing permanent eye damage.
