TOO MUCH protein is BAD for your kidneys you know that-- so they maybe inflammed as well from to much intake SCD is good but most jump in and dive for tons of fruit as its on the list ... but eating alot of that is bad.. well its on the list!!!!

try creating an account on myfitnespal.com log and track your food... see how much sugar and protein your eating it could be way to much,, you will be shocked

for me fat works now.... But in the two years of testing -- my blood panels were not good for my kidneys at the start/.
I had to lay off the fat... I noticed I felt better with more coconut oil... but it didnt help my kidneys

can you eat onions , leeks or asparagus ??? do these bug you??? these foods feed a gut lining bacteria
