Hi filled! Up until a few years ago, I traveled almost every week for work. Now I only travel for fun! We spent two weeks in HI this January. That was a
long flight and I managed pretty well. I bring safe snacks on the plane with me (crackers, pretzels, etc) to help keep from eating things that will upset me any more than normal. I also make sure I drink lots of water as planes tend to be dry which then makes me feel lousy.
I also learned to have a lot of patience with myself when on vacation....I try not to push to do everything, but really enjoy the things I am doing.
If you are concerned about having to get to the bathroom in flight, talk to the flight attendant and explain you have a medical condition. Many are very understanding. I wear a small pad jsut in case of a slight oops but usually I am fine.
