Woke up with feet pain and can't walk

Well, it could be. Do you have enteropathic arthritis with your Crohn's? My arthritis is present regardless of my flaring. If you're dropping on any of the steroids it's not unusual to have inflammation kick back up and your whole body can feel it. But you're probably quite aware of all that.

We keep Ace bandages (aka compression bandages) on hand to wrap joints since my husband has bad knees. We also use ice packs alternating with heat compresses. I've never been successful at wrapping my shoulders though.

It's more likely arthritis.....my doctor told me osteoporosis only starts hurting when you've actually broken or fractured something.
