Hi myintestinemony, I apologize, if I hurt you. I would now say that you're a a professional
But, you just hurt me by talking about
my attitude.
I don't mind that as I'm healthy. Let me explain. Anger most of the time reflects the level of disease. I read in a book that they're related. It's like a pyramid. As health deteriorates, the mood changes begin to start; frustration being at the base of the pyramid, anger, anxiety and suicide at the top of the pyramid.
I do specific carbohydrate diet (low carbohydrate diet). I've had terrific improvement. I've recommended the diet many times on this website. One needs to get to the root cause. Then you'll understand why you have indigestion, bloating, mental fog, dizziness, fatigue, inflammation, GERD, gastritis, food sensitivities etc. It doesn't help a lot by avoiding some food for a short time and re-introducing. I would recommend you a low carbohydrate diet - Paleo or GAPS or Specific carbohydrate diet.
People on this group are really friendly, helpful and nice; not like me
I wish you a good time on this website.
