SBS currentlyon Humira no-more -bowel -left-2-take....

Hi I have short bowel syndrome now numerous bowel resections due 2 total bowel obstructions and severe crohns,the situation I am currently in now is extreme bathroom trips vomiting and pain I live of ensure and pudding,,recommended was tpn but m veins r so bad I required a port a cath and many centra lines and pics but I develoed a dvt in my jugular and now no more lines can be put back because the fear of another dvt,,so whats a girl to do the doctor is scaring me now telling me that it is only a matter of time now my respiratory is slowing down due to the pain meds and I don't know what else to do I'm am slowly starving 2 death losing more and more weight and getting weak and very sleeply.. Any advise 4 me and help far from here in a tiny rural town in Nova Scotia Canada,,I'm Scared and just fourty why is this happening I refused a colostomy bag many times thinking I could handle this disease now that is no longer an opition .....

Hopefully, someone from Canada will come along with some ideas, but you need the best Crohn's specialist in Canada to give you some direction. My heart goes out to you and I hope you can find a way to get some nutrition. I'm so sorry that you have become so ill. I wish I could offer more than just support!

Thanks guys 4 the tips and support I will continue 2 stay positive and have faith,,my Gi is on a vacatation which she totally needs by the way and my family doc didn't think I would pull thru last time now I can admit it 2 myself,,The nearest city hospital is about 3 hours away which I know u r all aware that there r no washrooms n the highways,,so I will try to c if there is any trails going on in my area,,Thanks 4 all the advise over the years,, .... :(
