i feel fine when i eat mayonnaise and mustard. different for everybody though so try just a little bit and see how you feel.

I've never had any issues from either that I've noticed...no matter what I eat it really doesn't change how my guts behave (badly of course lol)

I do okay with mayo. I eat it on my sandwiches, and those are comfort foods for me, especially when I'm flaring. I don't eat mustard (don't like the taste).
