I know leafy greens (Kale), almonds, broccoli, snap peas and canned sardines in oil are all calcium rich.
If you do not get an answer here that resolves this question, search the SCD Yahoo site. There has been lots of discussion there, both regarding food and SCD legal supplements. Even if you are no longer doing SCD, the experts there can point you in the right direction
