one cheek bigger than other?

I was on prednisone for 2 months to treat a flare. Started on 50 gm, and I misunderstood doctors directions and went from 50 to 40 to 30 etc.. every week. after he heard that, he said "no, every week, 2.5 mg"... I'm wondering if that has resulted in my current problem

I have noticed one cheek (on my face) is alot puffier than the other. Originally my cheeks got rounded from the prednisone. One cheek has returned to normal, but the other is noticably different.

Any advice? thanks

how long have you been off pred? it took me at least 3 months for all the side effects to be completely gone.
