Fecal Matter Transplant - it's not approved by the FDA to be used to treat IBD, just c. diff. I had one in April after having 8 bouts of c diff in 4 years. It got rid of the c diff but my Crohn's is still active.

How many times did you have your FMT? Was it just once?

There are some clinical trials which says multiple FMT enemas after FMT at hospital is very helpful for IBD remission. Any reason why you did not look into this?

Because the FDA has not approved doing FMT for IBD, so unless you are in a trial or do it yourself at home, you can only get it done to treat c. diff. Since my c. diff. is gone, I won't be needing another one.
