Laparoscopic illeocectomy

I am scheduled for a laparoscopic or possible illeocectomy on Tuesday. Any advice on recovery? I have a fistula from my my small intestines to my bladder. This will be removed and small intestine will be resected. Also anyone had a nerve block for pain management? I have had Crohns for 6 years and this is my first surgery. I take Remicade and Imuran for management. Thanks!

Hi, I am kinda facing the same thing except I have a fistula from my Ileum to my appendix.. Wow, good luck.. How are you feeling?
