Since it happens when you stand up, it sounds like it could be an adhesion. Whenever you have surgery, you run the risk of getting adhesions. Bascially, your body can't really tell the difference of one tissue to another very easily. That means that when things are cut and then healed, the layers might end up healing together in some places. I have that a bit on my stomach where I had a laprascopic surgery to remove my gall bladder. Some of those incisions healed to my intestines a bit, and when food passes through that area it kind of pulls and makes it sore. I am guessing that after your BM, things shift a little, and when you stand up, it pulls and hurts.
The problem with adhesions is that you would need surgery to disconnect the layers. But you are likely to get more adhesions formed where the new incisions are. I hope that makes sense. Some people's bodies are more likely to form adhesions, for whatever reason.

From everything I have read, I don't think there's much you can do to stop or lessen the pain. :(
