I am currently going through perimenopause! My hormones are a mess! Anxiety, heart palpitations, and horrible insomnia! My OB/GYN recommended going on a low dose birth control pill. No thanks! I have been doing a lot of research to go a more natural route, and read that Flaxseed oil, magnesium, and Evening Primrose Oil can help reduce some of the symptoms.
I am on Humira and was wondering if anyone knows if it is safe to take Evening Primrose Oil while on Humira? Also, if anyone has any other natural approaches to get through this, would be much appreciated. Thank you!
