I'm sorry to hear that. That's never fun. Lots and lots of people have that problem, so you're not alone!
One thing I can recommend is working on your "kegels". Those are the muscles you use to stop yourself from peeing (to test that, stop while peeing next time you're in the bathroom and pay attention to those muscles you feel working). I think ideally you're supposed to, like, clench and hold and unclench. I think it's for like 10 reps a day. If you don't trust that info (I'm no doctor) you can just google kegel exercises.

Have you been tested for or have any symptoms of a UTI? It's a little more common with Crohn's since we wipe more than the average person. Also, there's kind of a related condition called interstitial cystitis, which is kind of like IBS for the bladder. That would be a bit rare and extreme, but just a thought in case kegels don't work well. Typically you want to do 10 reps (clench and unclench) a session, 4 sessions a day. I would call your PCP and let them know what's going on as well. They can test for a UTI and refer you to a urologist if needed.
