Still no solid diagnosis & a fun NYE w/diarrhea

I feel like being called with the results of my MRE should have been standard policy. Well, two weeks after, I called and they released them to my online system but despite calling twice and requesting a call back - nothing.

Finally got a call but I was napping due to a cold and he said basically, there is very slight thickening of the wall indicative of a possible case of mild Crohns. Possible. Still not saying yes or no. I get its not clear cut but it's been months and I want answers.

I've had a cold all week and it peaked today with a rough chesty cough and I woke up and vomited a little - most likely due to the cough syrup I took on an empty stomach. Bad idea but I didn't puke again and I haven't been nauseated at all. But now I've had diarrhea - the sick kind, watery and frequent and urgent all day. Even before starting the Entocort, it wasn't like this, but I don't have a stomach ache or pain, I'm hungry, drinking fluids, Mucinex seems to be working on the cough/chesty stuff and I otherwise feel pretty good. Took an Imodium and it didn't work so took another. Hoping it works in the next 20 min or so because we are out of wipes and it's NYE!

Hi @Nikki83S - my colonoscopy showed inflammation (from a biopsy) also in the ileum so same place. Also my inflammatory markers in my blood were mildly elevated every time. I've been on Entocort since Oct 21 and it's helped a LOT but doc is still hesitant in diagnosis.
