What's new after Entyvio?

Hi-
After 15 months I might be at the end of my rope with Entyvio. My GI has referred me to two other GI research specialists. My appointments aren't for a while so I'm curious of anyone knows what else is out there? He mentioned something similar to Entyvio but didn't know the name.

I've tried and exhausted Remicade, Humira over 13 years. I had a brief stint with Cimizia, but that was before a resection and we never went back to it.

I was on Entyvio for 9 months and did nothing for me. The GI office that I go to has 15 Entyvio patients, 10 it worked for them, 5 like me did not work at all.

I was part of the Stelara clinical trials 9 years ago and it put me on remission. As you know Stelara is marketed for psoriasis and the latest UNITI clinical trials it was proven successful. It is expected that Stelara will make it to the market by the end of 2016. It will probably be an infusion instead of the current injection method (too small of a dose).

In the meantime I had failed Humira after 5 years, the researcher recommended Combo therapy of Remicade and Imuran (he said that even though Remicade is anti_TNF like Humira the antibodies that built up are chemical specific to Humira in this case). So I will try the combo therapy next.
