Crohns treatment but undiagnosed 😡

I have been suffering with stomach and bowel issues for the past 5 1/2 years. It all started after having my 2nd child. I have had many test had had to drink some awful stuff and only from the capsule camera did it show some ulceration in my S/I I am on 9mg budesonide, metrocaptoprine, ordansitron and pain killers when necessary. I have weeks when I feel like a normal person with minor symptoms and then over night I can just flare up and wake up with bowel issues💩 and all the awful crohns symptoms , nausea, fatigue, awful muscle/joint ache also.
I feel unsure on if my issue is truly crohns or if I have been miss diagnosed. I would be interested to hear if anyone else has had a similar experience or symptoms.

Budesonide can't last forever, and 6mp isn't very successful for most people (although it is for some). Zofran will only mildly help, and pain killers will make things worse a lot of the time. I would ask for biologics like Remicade or Humira, since obviously you still have problems with 6mp AND steroids.
