Joint pain but no swelling?

The only medication I'm currently on is imuran 50mg, and according to the blood test we can't go up or down on the dose at all. But lately I've been having weird symptoms, starting a few days after I stopped the prednisone. Itching, and pain like right next to my hips but not hip pain, like someone is sticking a knife through me there.

The worst though is the joint pain in my hip and my knee and ankles! There is no swelling at all, nothing that would indicate it hurts, but man does it hurt! Im not sure if it's from the imuran or just the crohns honestly, but is it weird or abnormal that there is no swelling?

I googled it, my problem is a lot of the time these symptoms and side effects of meds are the same as the symptoms of crohns haha. What ever is going on has me feeling like a hypochondriac! My hip and knees hurt still, but the majority of the pain now is in my stomach. If I press about a half inch below or to the right it feels like I'm being stabbed. Is that were the terminal ilium is? I tried to google a diagram but I couldn't find one that helped.
