Flaring, beet kvass, and pregnancy

Does anybody here consume beet kvass? Has/does anybody consume/d beet kvass while flaring? is it safe to consume while in a flare? furthermore, is it safe to consume while pregnant and in the middle of a flare?

Have you seen a GI during your pregnancy? A GI will be able to advise you on what supplements are safe while pregnant. What has your GI advised for your flare so far?
