It's easy to tell someone not to worry, but applying that particular advice is extremely difficult. All of us here that have or whose loved one has Crohn's has gone through the exact same fears and anxiety that you're experiencing right now.
The best thing you can possibly do, is have all of the necessary diagnostics. The scopes with biopsies will give you some answers for sure. You might also consider and MRE or even a CT, although CT comes with considerable radiation exposure.
If it does turn out to be Crohn's, take comfort in the fact that the treatment options have advanced considerably. Some of those choices will cause as much fear and anxiety as wondering if you have Crohn's.
Try not to worry. Good luck with the scopes. Please keep us posted.
