Finished second course of antibiotics and chest infection is back again

Have had this chest infection or what my GI insists is a cold for almost a month. I have taken two rounds of antibiotics. Finished the last one yesterday. Today, I'm coughing up colored mucus again and I keep coughing to the extent that I feel I'll pass out. Any suggestions?

Try colloidal silver, especially Argentyn 23. This is professional grade colloidal silver recommended by many naturopaths and chiropractors. Works amazing. 3-4 times /day full dropper under tongue for 30 sec and then swallow. Repeat this for 3-4 days and after that you can take less maybe 1-2 times/day. I would recommend Vitamin C as well. You can take high dosages 3-4 grames/day

Well, honestly, I had no idea about colloidal silver so I browsed the net. This is what I got:

This is why I've recommended specific colloidal silver. Professional grade colloidal silver is both antifungal and antibacterial. If you look for antibiotic's side effects you'll find much more. But don't take colloidal silver it if you feel it is not the right thing to do.

If you are not confident about colloidal silver try to breathe eucalyptus oil. Prepare one liter boiled water and place few drops in. Place near you and breath as deep as you can. I am sorry that nasty cold keeps coming back.

I caught one in January and was on antibiotics until April. Same thing with the congestion and green mucus. I would take them for 10 days, off 4 and it wouldcome back. I ended up taking antibiotics for 21 days straight and that finally got me clear.

If it were me...I would contact my doctor and see what they had to say. I would also ensure they completed xrays to make sure it wasn't pneumonia. Eucalyptus helped with my congestion just a teeeeeny bit. I was better of taking the antibiotics with a 12 hour congestion/cough suppressant. The also gave me a codeine prescription which left me fuzzy headed and was only used when I felt really bad.

The cold has become better. Every now and then during the day, mucus will build up but it's not that annoying. I've started a new proctitis flare up. I haven't had rest from the cold that lasted for a month to start a new flare up.

The Remicade and antibiotics are probably going to cause your digestive track to be "touchy" and problematic for the next few weeks.

It took me about another 3-4 weeks before I felt better and was off the antibiotics for my bowels/intestines to finally settle down. It was a very very slow and frustrating process.

I took my Remicade infusion this morning. It's week 5. Hope it kicks in fast this time.
