I'm sorry, I wasn't around yesterday, so I didn't see this until today.
Please don't think about suicide. First things first, have you tried changing your diet at all? With Crohn's, typically some foods give more pain than other foods - usually fibrous stuff such as vegetables (particularly ones that aren't cooked until they are soft), salad, beans, popcorn, etc. Try following a bland diet (google low residue diet) and see if that reduces the pain. You're in India so you'll probably have to adapt it a bit - like plain naan bread, chapatis, or whatever. You could also give your guts even more of a temporary reprieve by going on a liquid diet. It's better done under medical supervision but not dangerous to go it alone provided you can make drinks with enough calories in them to keep going. (There's like literally thousands of recipes for smoothies, broths, etc. online.) The idea is that, once your guts are better and the symptoms have gone, you reintroduce solid foods very slowly and carefully.
So yeah. In the absence of a diagnosis or medication, try other ways of managing or reducing your pain for now. And do go back to your doctor.

Yencey - If you go to the top of the page (or underneath the topic), there is a 'Post New Topic' button, where you can make your own topic. If you make a new topic, more people are likely to see it and answer it than in somebody else's topic. I don't really have time to answer now anyway, but I would like to hear more about your Crohn's and UC diagnosis if you don't mind - did the doctor say you had both diseases or was your UC diagnosis 'upgraded' to a Crohn's one?
Good luck with the Remicade. Take along something to do for 3 hours, 'cos it's a 2-hour infusion and they'll probably want to keep you in for an hour or two afterwards to check for reactions. (Not likely; it's just a precaution.) It's a good idea to make sure you have a lift home for the first time, although in future if you know it doesn't affect you, it's fine to drive afterwards. You might feel tired for a day or two afterwards (although I never had that - in fact I felt really good after my first infusion. Just a shame it didn't last).
@abhiniri - Hope you're feeling better now... :-/
