So ive been in a bad flare up since October of last year. As of this past October ive started having swelling in the back of my neck and back of my head that comes and goes. Is this Crohns related or due to Remicade .Seems i must have alot of inflammation in my body. Kay

I honestly don't have a clue. Remicade can cause lymph nodes to swell, but they're fairly small lumps in e.g. the armpits, neck, groin. Are bumps what you have? If so you should deffo see your doctor as that could indicate an underlying infection.

i just posted above your topic.. Asked the same question with remicade and trouble swallowing and it hurts when i swallow.. At times I wonder if its my glands or tonsils.. This started between my 2nd and 3rd infusion..Also just got a 3 or 4 small bumps on the inside of my lip.

Yes they are knots that swell in the neck also the back of my head and have had it once under my left arm. My GI has not run any labs on me even after me asking him to. My pcp ran labs on me and it shows all these being high LDL,RDW,both liver enzymes ALT,AST CRP so i know somethings wrong even tho he said my crohn's is in remission after scoping me. I,m having debilating joint pain with swelling and warm to the touch. I feel terrible.
