i do the makers diet. get the book. it will open your eyes to nutrition and a whole new way to eat. from following that diet i can eat virtually anything, within reason of course, meaning no fried, fatty, rich, spicy foods. but dairy, salads, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds - i can do it all. by dairy though i mean cheese and yogurt. CD has made me lactose intolerant so i cant do much milk besides a bit in a latte or with cereal for example.
