I am just wondering how many of you have crohn s in the ileum and have pain before having a bM

90% of the time I have pain

I have it quite often as well, plus ow I have pain in the fistula area before a BM as well in addition to after eating.

i have pain before bms...all the time. sometimes its to the point where i have to lie on the floor because it hurts so bad. luckily it doesnt last that long!

I have CD in the terminal ileum, and I also have pain before having a bm but not everyday. But sometimes it just feels like giving birth in the toilet.

I have CD of the IT also and every time it's time to go I have pain. Sometimes its crampy and sometimes it's sharp stabby...like nazeha sometimes I do the fetal position till the wave of pain passes before I can move to get to the toilet.

I had a hard time understanding why I was in so much pain b4 having a bm if it was confined to TI

I don't feel alone anymore
