Had my first GI appointment

Well, I had my appointment with the GI doc.  He didn't do much of anything except listen to my heart and lungs, asked about symptoms and where it hurt.  Set me up for Colonoscopy, Endoscopy, and xray of the small intestine.  Also wants to do a pelvic CT scan to check the status of the fistula which I said we need to hold off on because he may see what he needs during the other tests, I hope.  I know my insurance isn't going to cover all of these things so I have to cut back on some things.  He says he does suspect inflammatory but doesn't know which type and wants to cover all bases.

I set up for the Endoscopy and Colonoscopy with biopsy but asked them to hold off on the Pelvic CT and small bowel follow through... you think this is a bad choice? Fiancially it would be better for me to do things one step at a time....

I have the Endo/colonoscopy set up for the 25th of October. Think I will be getting the Sm. Bowel follow through Nov. 30th. My infusions make it difficult for me to schedule because they don't want them at the time of the Rituxan or I just can't fit it in any other time. It is a pain. If they don't see anything in regards to the fistula then I will set up for the Pelvic CT at that time.

From what he said he won't because he cannot see the tract but I just can't figure out how to do all of these and he said they cannot be done at the same time.
