I have tried three different probiotics and all three have increased my bloating/diarreaha and have added GAS! Especially at night.

Can someone please recommend a good brand. Thank you! Lisa

I have had great succes wih Udo's Probiotics (there are different types, The one with "bowel" in the title). They have worked well with no side effects. I purchase them in Canada, but the website lists all available places of purchase.

I never got any bloating or gas from primadophilus reuteri made by natures way...then again I started taking it AFTER I added fibre supplements daily to my regime as suggested by my GI...he said to take it daily for the rest of my life, once my system adjusted to it all the excess bloating and gas I HAD went away, it was after that when I added probiotics to my regiment.

I am taking Florastor and have not had any bloating or gas with it.  Worth a try!
