crohn's in Mouth????

are they just sores in the mouth? Can they be like small blisters on the tounge?  I have white blisters on my tounge and sore in my mouth and I am in a flare.  Could this be the "crohns in the mouth?

The solution I used is called Dr. Poppavich's solution. It is made up from different ingredients. benedryl, tylenol. nystatin, decadron(steroid)
and a antibiotic. You can only get by prescription, but it works. It does take awhile, but it's worth it in the end. You have to swish, swirl.&
swallow, but it really does soothe while it heals. I don't know what I would have done without it over this last couple of months.
