One tip to keep the hunger pangs at bay during a prep: buy a gross anatomy textbook and every time you start thinking of how hungry you are, skim over another picture. Problem solved. LOL.
Hmm, come to think of it, maybe THAT'S why I've lost so much weight in the past three months...I'm just too grossed out to eat enough! That'd be a nice explanation...
Anyway, another tip is to drink broth. I don't know about you guys, but when I get sick of all this Gatorade and ginger ale, I cook up some salty broth and it at least "feels" more like I'm eating. I've been guzzling the stuff all day today.
