I was on liquids only for about
2 months. After that, I started reintroducing soft / easy to digest foods back in. Now, I really wanted to wolf down a steak...but I knew that would have been too much!
Just stick to what you feel comfortable with eating. Try to avoid anything too "heavy" for the stomach. You'll know when you ate something too "filling" pretty quick.
Potato- I feel your pain. I had to cook as well for others while I was on the liquids only. What a hard temptation that was!
