Vitamin b12

How many of you take vitamin b12?   Do you take oral or injection and have you experienced side effects?  I just had my first injection tonight, 1000mcg IM and wondering what to expect.  Also taking iron twice per day for the next few months to see if I can fight off this anemia..  After having my labs drawn, it's no wonder i've been feeling so tired and lethargic.

i have been doing the injections for years now. and they are the best thing in the world.. I also still take iron pills i take 3 pills a day.
After a while you will relalize when your B12 is running low so you can get a shot sooner. I get them every 3 weeks or so it depends on how i feel
