I cannot say enough good things about
OSU. They have been wonderful to me. Myfirst visit was in Aug of 2005, I was desperate for answers as I had been told for a year and a half I had IBS. My Dr at OSU told me in the first 10 min he saw me he was confident I had Crohn's disease. He did lots of tests, and I can call him when I need him and he is great about
getting back to me promptly. Then in 2006 I went to Cleveland Clinic basically because my ins would pay for a 2nd opinion and I wanted to be sure, someone had told me they were the best and I was really in denial. They confirmed the Crohn's but let me tell you the Dr was an A**! His bedside manner sucked! The Fellow Doc that was with him ask me a question and he told her to "shut her mouth". He was rude and when we asked questions he would cut us off. My sister (a RN) asked a question and he (the Dr) said," I ask the questions here and IF I have time to answer yours I will when I am done". She blew a gasket and let him have it, then he was nice to us. She basically told him to "get over himself", It was both the worst and most bazarre Dr app I have ever had.
Just my experiences.
