This question is for those who work out and lift weights...my usual routine is weight training 3 days a week and 4 if I have the time.
I havent been in the gym since Oct when I flared. I am going into remmission now and am feeling substantially better...However I am still taking 30MG of prednisone and will be tappered off by March.
Is it okay to lift while taking prednisone...I notice that I do get ache or sore joints and stiff limbs sometimes while doing regular things around the house. I am anxious to get back into the gym but have never worked out on prednisone before and not quite sure if its safe...
