Crohn's & Ibuprofen - A Question for the Ladies!

I used to take Ponstan for menstrual cramping but it too, like Ibuprofen, led to flares. I found that Tylenol didn't help very much and also made me nauseaus. I haven't found anything yet that takes care of the pain, doesn't make me nauseaus or aggravate my CD.
Any suggestions?

My mom got me a "bed buddy" a couple of weeks ago and it was like heaven on my last period. It is one of those fabric sock like things filled with little bean/rice things that you heat in the microwave. I would lay in bed with that before I fell asleep! I love it an use it on most nights now, even to just warm my feet on cold nights! LOL
