i use Garden of Life brand. Probiotics are no cure, but they do help.

Probiotics, kefir, yogurt, and a low fiber, low-carb diet has all but eliminated my gas problems.

The only thing that eliminated my severe gas is taking fibre supplements daily as my GI suggested 5 yrs ago, he said to take them daily for the rest of my life...I can even eat fibreous foods without getting all gassy and bloated.
Of course I take a good probiotic daily as well, along with bee propolis, omegas 3-6-9, vitamins B12, A and C-calcium ascorbate, drink chamomile tea and water only, eat healthy, no junk-foods, processed foods, animal fats, caffeine, alcohol and exercise regularly with cardio and weights. No processed sugar, if you eat a diet high in sugar (along with the no no's I mentioned above) this will add or even be the culprit behind gas and bloating.
PS...I don't take any oral meds for my crohns and I went from 30+ BM's/day with alot of bleeding and mucus to 5 or less, no blood, mucus or pain, gas or bloating.

Right now I will try anything. I am wondering if the gas is worse because I am just coming off a pretty bad flare and my gut is just a mess. There are times where I just wish this would all end! Prof
