If you like tea, I heard that peppermint tea was good for relaxing the intestines. I don't know if it is true or not though. Have you tried using splenda instead of sugar when you can? I have just started a diet in january. It teaches me to eat healtier, but it has required a lot of rufage. The suport class that I am in, suggested that I eat a little less raw veggies and go ahead and cook them. My aunt said that my grandfather (who had crohn's) needed to east his vegies cooked or they were hard on him. I lost 14 pounds, but I had started bleeding rectally. I started my menstrual period in the middle of the second week. I usually bleed with my period, and I'm not done yet, so I don't know if I have bled for two or three weeks. I started cooking my veggies, but I like the spinach salads that I got to eat. Good luck
