Symptoms of Dehydration with Chrons

My Boyfriend(who has Chrons) and I jsut got back from a trip to CO last monday and he has been feeling ill since. Also, three of the people that we went with are also sick with flu like symtoms. Brian is just feeling stomach pain that comes in waves following a big grumbling sound in the stomach. Hes also feeling comstipated like he has to go but just cant. Do you think he could be dehydrated? We will ultimatlely be going to see the dr on monday but i was just wondering if anyone else has felt this way. This has happened 3-4 of the 8 days weve been back, the other days he has been fine. Your thoughts??

Call the doc. Hopefully it's not---but if he's constipated and can't go, has pain, has a good deal of "stuck" gas, he just might have a little food poisoning. Is he really thirsty? Can't get enough to drink? That's another food poisoning sign. Clear, warm, sweet liquids should help until you hear from the doc. Hope he gets better soon.

Hi, Has he been drinking plenty of water? Make sure he calls his doctor asap.
